Etymotic Research has unveiled its latest development, the universal mc2 headphones, which are designed for use in mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets and media players.
The mc2 model has a black polished aluminum case, 8 mm movable magnetic drivers, a working frequency of 20 Hz - 15 kHz, a resistance of 16 Ohms, ACCUFit tips, a Kevlar-reinforced cable, an omnidirectional microphone and a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack. Etymotic headphones can reduce noise levels up to 42 dB.
Etymotic mc2 is already on sale and offered for $ 99.
