The form factor of in-ear headphones (in English they are called earbuds) is seriously overlooked: most modern headphones are either intra channel or with headband. Although the inserts have their fans (Apple, for example), they are usually associated with cheap complete headphones from players and phones. But in fact, there are good sounding headphones of this type. Their main manufacturer is considered the company YUIN. Today I will talk about their model, combining a good sound and an affordable price - PK3.
With its products, YUIN decided to "cover" all possible market segments at once. The PK series consists of three models, which are exactly the classic "liners". PK1 - their flagship, with the highest quality sound (and a solid price), while having an incredible impedance of 150 Ω for portable headphones, of course, for a full-fledged use of such headphones you need a player with a powerful amplifier. PK2 - a simpler model, with low impedance for ordinary players. Although YUIN and claim that this is a complete analogue of the top model - the sound of the "two-piece" still worse. Finally, PK3, which will be discussed today, is a budget model, which, despite the low price, sounds quite good.
The second line of headphones from YUIN is the OK series. It also contains three models similar to PK, but the headphones of this series can be turned into intra-channel, by screwing a special tube.
The third line, G, contains two models of headphones that fit over the ear using special mounts.

Package and Delivery
For packaging in the company came what is called with the soul. Headphones are delivered in a small neat wooden box that has a cubic shape. Inside, it is filled with a foam pad, which protects the plastic box that stores the headphones from damage.
In addition to headphones, you will receive several pairs of foam ear cushions, a 6.3 mm adapter, instructions, and an OTC pass.
I am glad that even for budget headphones in YUIN they do not save - the packaging is very good, and the fact of individual quality control speaks volumes.
Design and wearing comfort
In appearance, the headphones are very simple. The black plastic case looks very inexpensive (and what is especially funny - the case is the same for all models, despite the fivefold difference in price), so if you need a stylish look and the envy of friends - this is not your choice. YUIN's forte is sound, but more about that later.
The wire is quite consistent with the level of the price, it is very ordinary: black, in silicone insulation. In the cold, it hardens a little, but it is not critical. By the way, on eBay come across YUIN, in which the cable is replaced with a higher quality one, I recommend paying attention. Also simple plug and splitter.
The comfort of these headphones is good. They sit without problems in the ears of almost any size (although the owners of small ears will have to remove the foam). Due to the PK3 form factor, people who, for whatever reason, cannot use in-ear headphones can wear without problems.
Sound insulation is low, this is due to the form factor.
Sound
The following equipment was used for listening.

Before listening, I warmed up the headphones for 48 hours, there was no change in the sound.
On the Internet, there is an instruction for modding these headphones by fully or partially closing the duct opening on the leg. Judging by the reviews, it improves the sound, but of course I didn’t do any irreversible operations with the test headphone sample, so I’ll talk about the sound of the stock option.
If PK3 were in-ear headphones, their sound would be close to ideal, but since they are earbuds, it leaves its mark.
Headphone sound is smooth, without strong bias, very balanced. Due to the form factor, they manage to create a fairly wide “scene”.
Bass is good in quality, but due to the fact that the headphones do not completely isolate the channel - sometimes I personally lack it quantitatively, in part, this is decided by the foam tips.
The middle is very good, it is even and detailed, the same can be said about the high-frequency range. Due to this, the headphones are well suited for most genres of music that have no bias in the woofer.
Compatibility
Headphones have excellent sensitivity and low impedance, so they work well with any sources. I listened to them from the iPhone 4, Sandisk Sansa Clip, Rio Karma - with all these sources, PK3 is played pretty well (considering the price).
