If we undertook to derive some measure of innovation expressed in the form of the ratio of unusual models to the overall size of the model range, 1More would be the clear leader here, and their leadership would become even more noticeable if the price was included in the credit. Consider, for example, their full-size headphones H1707.
I have already reviewed IEM models of the company with three and four drivers, noting the sound quality for its price and unusual solutions in design and design. In the full-size model, 1More went further and realized a complex circuit with two radiators and a passive bass radiator. A dynamic driver with a titanium diaphragm coating is responsible for LF and MF (the bass is assisted by a reflector), and the ceramic tweeter is taken over by the HF. In general, the scheme is more typical for full-size acoustics than for a very affordable portable solution. Ottoningovat this all by the sound of 1More traditionally helped by the grammine Luca Bignardi, and the designers of the company supplemented the complex acoustic scheme with a very stylish metal case with a retro design.
Separately pleases that all this magnificence is available very inexpensively, and in Russia it is even cheaper than in the world. At the time of review, you can buy 1More H1707 for only 9990 rubles.

Packing and delivery kit
By tradition, the packaging here is very beautiful, with a pleasant combination of black and beige colors, tight cardboard and magnetic valve add to the appearance of solidity. In general, in the role of a gift (even to myself), these headphones look great.
Inside is a hard case on the snake, it is headphones themselves, a replacement cable, a 6.3 mm adapter, and an "aerial" adapter with two 3.5 mm mono plugs. In other words, the delivery kit is also good.
Design and comfortable wearing
In terms of convenience and all the rest, 1More was given the maximum possible for this price. In the design of the headphones there is virtually no plastic, everything is made of metal, and at the same time it is made convenient and stylish enough. Restrained golden color blends well with black, it does not look bright, but it's not trite. Thought out various small things such as rotating in two directions cups, providing an optimal angle of fit. The build quality is also at an altitude, there are no discounts for the price. Perhaps, in this price category I do not know other earphones with the same high quality performance.
The comfort of wearing is also pleasing, the developers have picked up the right headband clamping force, and the margin of adjustment for the size makes it possible to fit the H1707 under any head. The adjustment mechanism is made qualitatively, the positions are fixed with a good click. Both the headband and ear cushions are covered with high-quality "eco-skin" and are pleasantly soft, providing good comfort and weight distribution (by the way, despite the metal construction, these headphones weigh less than 300 grams). Ear pads are of medium size, so they touch my ears from above and below, but because of the good selection of discomfort materials it does not cause. Wearing the H1707 can be long, the effect of fatigue does not arise.
At first glance, this model seems to be open, although in fact under the external decorative grilles there is a transparent plastic cover through which the same bass radiator is visible. Therefore, for soundproofing, this model is somewhere in between the open and closed headphones. In general, they can be worn on the street, the noise of cars and the environment will not become a hindrance, but in the metro or airplane, perhaps, they will not be enough. They also play "outwardly", it should be taken into account by those who work in a quiet office.
The headphones are equipped with a replaceable wire, 2.5 mm plugs are used to connect to the cups, the quality wire itself is good oxygen-free copper. Above the wire splitter, silicone insulation is used, below is a very high quality fabric braid. The splitter block and the plug are made of metal, so you do not have to worry about reliability.
Sound
The following equipment was used for listening.
- Yulong DA9 and Resonessence Labs Concero HP as DAC and Amplifier
- Apple MacBook Pro Retina 2016 as a source
- Fidelia as a player
- Lotoo PAW Gold, theBit OPUS # 2 and iBasso DX200 and others as portable players
- High Definition Records in Lossless-formats (Dr. Chesky The Ultimate Headphone Demonstration Disc and others)
Before listening to the headphones were warmed for 48 hours, noticeable changes in the sound was not observed.
If you look at the filling, these 1More, perhaps, are closer to some columns than to the headphones. Multidiver systems, ceramic tweeters, bass radiators are everything that the developers of the "big HiFi" use. Again, most attempts to make full-sized headphones, in which there will be more than one radiator, usually ends in a dubious result. Therefore, before listening to these 1More, I was skeptical, but the engineers of the company managed from all this to collect a very pleasant sound, which, perhaps, can be described as "cheerful."
Bass is the first thing that attracts attention in this model. Engineers 1More here managed to make an almost unrealistic focus. LF there are massive, with a little added effect of "elasticity", but the headphones are almost not perceived as basshednoe, LF are well controlled and in most cases remain in place. Of course, if you include some very rich in a synthetic bass thing, then the midrange will be clamped, but it's trivial physics, which can not be avoided anywhere. In other cases, LFs here are very organically fit into the overall pitch, adding to the sound a very interesting effect of "weight". In terms of speed and texture transfer, everything is good for this price category, although with top isodinamas H1707, of course, do not compete. A separate plus bass in these headphones is that thanks to such a feed they are good against street noise, because it is the bass interference that best penetrates the headphones, depriving us of a pleasant bass.
The midrange range also deserves praise with the remark "for its price". The middle here is quite readable, not sharp, with a normal, but not super-high resolution. If you find fault, then it can be noted that the lower half of the mid-range in the H1707 is a little lacking in weight, I think this feeling arises in contrast to the elastic bass, but I can not call it a big problem, because otherwise the SO sounds quite naturally and naturally . Due to the not completely closed design, these headphones build an imaginary scene well, it is slightly larger than the average in depth and width, with a good separation of instruments and plans.
My second concern was the high-frequency range, there was a lot of risk that the developers would "tear themselves away," getting a ceramic twitter in their hands, but fortunately, the sense of proportion did not change 1More here either. HF here are well balanced in terms of the number, they are enough to shade the massive bass, giving the sound enough lightness and the necessary amount of attenuation, but only the very sensitive to HF people can call this model sharp. Of course, there is no ideal testing of attacks and rich attenuations typical for expensive models, but the H1707 HF is really long, which gives a general presentation of the headphones reliability in the part of overtone transmission.
I will not make comparisons this time, firstly, there are not so many decent models in this price segment, and secondly, 1More made a rather expressive pitch for its headphones, so I do not see any comparison in the style "it does not look like" at all special meaning.
Compatibility
The fact that there is no wire with a headset tells us that the company is positioning these headphones as a model for the players, and this is reasonable. Of course, you can listen to the H1707 from a smartphone / tablet, but they are completely opened by players of the upper-primary / lower-middle level, providing a quality control of all that these 1More can give. Optimum impedance and sensitivity make these headphones an acceptable option even for players that have noticeable background noise.
If we talk about styles, then we can make many interesting remarks. For example, I like how the symphony orchestra sounds in them. Here, of course, there is not nearly that completeness and detail that distinguishes the top models, but 1More H1707 play symphonic music quite extensively, which, in combination with good massiveness, gives a very effective (albeit not perfectly reliable) sound. In general, I would still call these headphones fairly versatile, since, albeit with a number of reservations, it's interesting to listen to almost any genre in them. However, the personal taste preferences of potential owners will play a much larger role here. To the quality of recording, the model is fairly tolerant, out of 10 points on the scale of caprice, it will dial at best 5.
Traditional sample tracks
Postmodern Jukebox - It Is not Me . Perhaps, if you estimate by the number of albums, PMJ are one of the most prolific collectives of the planet, but there are not many good jazz covers. Creativity of the team is very suitable for the character of headphones, which we are considering today - juicy and massive bass, combined with extended HF gives a pleasant effect of presence and realism.
Lindsey Stirling - Heist . Who among us at school did not fit the decision back? So this track is music, which is just forcibly adapted under 1More H1707 in order to create maximum effect. Powerful, deep bass strokes, underlined by the passive radiator, set off the nuances of the violin, won by the ceramic radiator, in general, it sounds all delicious.
Thank You Scientist - A Wolf in Cheap Closing . Well, there must be a track in this collection for those who appreciate unusual music. In his role will perform a nice composition from prog rockers from New Jersey. Abundance of wind, unusual melodic moves, emotional vocals - this is the incomplete list that distinguishes TYS against the background of other modern music. 1More, of course, is not the most ideal model for this kind of material (the ideal one will cost 10 times more), but with a rich track they will cope normally, although slightly overdoing with percussion.
conclusions
In general, we have a great model for non-audiophiles who want a decent sound, a good appearance and reliable design at an affordable price. As usual, according to the scale "for which we love 1More products", these headphones get 4 points out of 4.
