The headphones of Master & Dynamic are completely undeservedly little known in Russia, while in the US and Europe they are used by thousands of listeners, and not all of them are smart audiophiles. How did they deserve such glory? Everything is simple: the perfect combination of good sound, stylish design and quality materials. Supplied MW50 in a stylish white box that hides a completely black box without any inscriptions - it's not even a reference to the premium, and premium in all its glory.
We drop the lid for the "tongue" - and here they are, the object of lust for many audiophiles. In fact, the complete set is built on the principle of "nothing superfluous": the headphones themselves, a small leather box where the company cable hides - in case you suddenly get bored with sound without wires, and under them - the necessary documentation and ... yes, the fabric cover for transportation of these handsome men.
Frankly, this is one of the few headphones, when you do not want to look at the box and equipment for a long time, and take on the headphones yourself. Even when we dismantled the box, our eyes were involuntarily drawn to the side. Let us give them the will.
Appearance
At first glance, the design of the MW50 can be described in one word - retro. But while the headphones look modern, the company surprisingly combines noble materials and the latest technology. Externally, the MW50 is similar to the same MW40 or MW60, but here, for example, unlike the same 40th model, there is a convenient cup fixer. Needless to say, the brown color of this model goes like no other.
Headband headphones covered cowhide, and ear cups ... sheep. They are so soft and comfortable that you do not want to remove this miracle from your head: landing is convenient (about this a little later), your ears do not sweat - in general, the dream of any buyer of headphones.

On the left side is a switch that is responsible for turning on the headphones and their connection via Bluetooth, there was also a microphone and a 3.5 mm jack. By the way, an aluminum antenna is built into the left-hand cup - this provides a stable signal if you use headphones without a cable. Find it simply - on a small plastic insert.
The right cup is slightly more modest - a USB-C connector and playback control buttons. The last, perhaps, could be more - to get used, it will take several days. At the same time, such a decision, apparently, is associated with a reduction in the size of headphones.

Sound and personal impressions
We knowingly talked so much about the materials used at the beginning, because It took a lot of time to pick up such materials that would make it possible to achieve excellent sound. Well, they did it - mid and high frequencies headphones work out on a solid five; in addition, there is an obvious bias on the bass, which is sure to appreciate fans of hip-hop and dance music.
The MW50 qualitatively transmits its entire frequency range and boasts a wide sound stage. The vocals are well balanced - there is no such feeling that it completely covers the music.
The headphones were auditioned with HiFiMan SuperMini and iPhone 6, and it should be noted that in both cases they showed themselves worthy. The manufacturer claims a wireless signal range of 30 meters, but in fact this result can only be achieved on a straight line, especially if there are no concrete walls. To praise MW50 it is possible for a quality soundproofing for overhead headphones.
During the testing, the headphones honestly worked almost 15 hours without recharging - and this while listening to MP3, FLAC and other formats.
